Frank is President for New Jersey Friends of the Guard and Reserve (NJFOGR), a non-profit organization that supports members of the Reserve components of the United States Armed Forces and the New Jersey National Guard and their families and works in close co-operation with the New Jersey Committee for the Support of the Guard and Reserve (NJESGR), a sub-committee of the National Committee for the Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). ESGR is an Agency within the Department of Defense.
Above all, Frank is a soldier. He has served the nation and the veterans’ community for more than 30 years, including 23 years in the US Army, having retired in a command role as a Sergeant First Class.
Frank has brought his leadership talent into the civilian sector as well, he is a Veteran Liaison for VITAS Healthcare. He earned an MBA in leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University in Pennsylvania and a BS in management from The Pennsylvania State University. His volunteer work also took him to the level of Director of Military Outreach at the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. He is also the Veteran Service Officer of VFW 491 in Yardville, NJ. Frank’s not all business; he’s an avid motorcyclist and a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.
Frank believes that supporting his brothers and sisters in arms enriches his own life as much as theirs. He sees his purpose at NJFOGR in the words of spiritual teacher Dr. Baskaran Pillai: “The more selfless service you do, the more successful you will become.”
